• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in its exact original condition — unused, unwashed and undamaged, with tags and packaging intact — sent back to us via courier.
• To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number at [email protected], along with a photo if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the item and confirm it meets the above condition, we issue a 100% refund via bank transfer.
